Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Graduate to support procurement and financial operations for Telecom CAD Design projects. The role involves managing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), vendor coordination, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) tracking, and procurement reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with design teams, vendors, and finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) to support Telecom CAD Design and engineering activities.
- Track PR and PO approvals and ensure timely processing and closure.
- Prepare and publish Weekly PO Status Reports highlighting open, approved, and pending orders.
- Generate Monthly PR/PO Reports and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with vendors and project teams to ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) completion and invoice processing.
- Follow up on pending GRNs and resolve discrepancies between PO, GRN, and vendor invoices.
- Maintain procurement and financial records for Telecom CAD Design projects.
- Support budget tracking, cost monitoring, and procurement compliance activities.
- Work closely with CAD Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams to meet project delivery requirements.




- Assist in month-end reporting, accruals, and procurement reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and financial controls.

Qualifications

- Bachelor''s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Procurement Operations, Telecom Operations, or Project Support.
- Basic understanding of Telecom Network Design, CAD Design projects, or engineering support functions is preferred.
- Knowledge of PR, PO, GRN, invoice processing, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and Reporting.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or similar ERP systems is an added advantage.
