Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage provider credentialing process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Coordinate with providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve issues related to enrollment and revalidation.

- Verify provider data accuracy and completeness before submitting applications for processing.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with providers, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding credentialing procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in Credentialing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in US healthcare industry.

- Solid understanding of US healthcare regulations and insurance plans' requirements.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with providers, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
