Role summary

Oprata is D2C-strong but has a large, untapped opportunity on marketplaces and you will own it end to end. This is operations + advertising + catalog , not just ads: you'll build and scale our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Ajio, from listing quality and content to advertising, pricing, inventory and ratings. If you love turning a marketplace account into a growth engine, this seat has real ownership and real upside.

Key responsibilities

- Own the P&L; across Myntra, Ajio, Amazon and Flipkart (and future marketplaces)
- Optimise listings: titles, real-photo imagery, A+/EDP content, keywords, and overall catalog health
- Plan and run marketplace advertising — Amazon Ads (ACOS), Flipkart Ads,



Myntra M-Ads / PLA to hit revenue and efficiency targets
- Manage pricing, offers, buy-box and promotions across platforms
- Own inventory sync and stock planning across channels to prevent overselling (in coordination with ops)
- Manage ratings, reviews, returns and RTO on each platform; maintain account health and platform relationships
- Coordinate cataloguing, imaging and content to platform specs (esp. jewellery/hallmark/sizing requirements)
- Report weekly on marketplace revenue, ACOS, visibility/buy-box and return rates

Required experience & skills

- 3+ years hands-on managing live seller accounts of Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Ajio
- Command of both the ad consoles (Amazon ACOS, Flipkart, Myntra M-Ads) and listing/catalog/inventory operations
- Solid grasp of marketplace economics — commissions, fees, returns, RTO, buy-box dynamics
- A track record of specific revenue grown and ACOS improved on accounts you ran
