This role is designed for an organized, process-driven qualified to provide critical operational support to our APAC Marketing Team. You will act as the "engine room" for our regional campaigns, ensuring that multiple Marketing Managers can execute their strategies seamlessly across diverse markets.
- Financial & Procurement Operations
PO Management: Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and track budget allocations to ensure financial compliance.
Vendor & Invoice Management: Liaise with vendors and finance teams to manage invoice submissions, troubleshoot payment delays, and maintain accurate spend records.
Budget Tracking: Assist in monthly budget reconciliation and reporting.
- Campaign & Project Management
Campaign Execution: Raise marketing campaign requests and manage project workflows using internal tools (e.g., Workfront). Agency Coordination: For certain projects act as a point of contact for external agencies to ensure deliverables are on track and meet brand guidelines.
- Data & Reporting
Lead Management:
Ensuring leads from events or digital campaigns are correctly uploaded and assigned to the right sales teams.
Salesforce Reporting: Pull and clean data from Salesforce to track campaign performance, lead flow, and ROI.
Dashboards: Maintain regional marketing dashboards and provide regular status updates to APAC leadership.
Events Support: Coordinating logistics for webinars or physical events, including shipping materials, managing registration lists, and post-event follow-ups.
Localization Coordination: Managing the flow of content between the global team and translation agencies to ensure
APAC local-language requirements are met.
Required Skills & Experience
Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce and project management software (ideally
Workfront or similar tools like Asana/Jira).
Detail-Oriented: A "zero-error" mindset when it comes to financial data and campaign tagging.
Multitasking: Ability to support multiple stakeholders across different time zones Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating between internal teams and external vendors.
