We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing / Sales Coordinator to support our go-to-market initiatives for our upcoming, exclusive software products. In this crucial support role, you will act as the vital link between our marketing and business development teams. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly, leads are managed effectively, and our sales and marketing professionals have the materials and data they need to successfully launch our new product line.

Key Responsibilities Lead Management & CRM: Track, organize, and route inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns to the appropriate Business Development Officers using our CRM system. Ensure all client data is kept accurate and up-to-date.

Sales Enablement Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, contracts, and pitch decks for prospective B2B clients.

Campaign Coordination: Support the Marketing Manager in executing digital campaigns, scheduling social media posts, and organizing promotional materials for our exclusive software launches.

Reporting & Analytics:



Compile weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and marketing campaign performance.

Administrative Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal coordination, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication between the sales, marketing, and development teams.

Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, marketing assistant, or administrative role, preferably in the IT or software sector.

Master's/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills Required Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading proposals and marketing copy.

Hands-on experience with CRM software, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
