Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This role provides hands-on experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, relationship building, and business development while working towards achieving organizational sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, online platforms, networking, and field visits.

- Contact prospective customers and introduce the company s products and services.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Schedule customer meetings and product demonstrations.

- Follow up with prospective customers to convert opportunities into business.

- If a customer database is provided by the company, execute daily email marketing campaigns and follow up on responses.

- If a customer database is not provided by the company, field visits are mandatory to identify potential customers, collect business information, and build a prospect database.

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or company database.

- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.

- Participate in product, sales, and communication training programs.

Daily & Weekly Targets

- Identify and connect with 5-10 new suspects (potential customers) per day through calls, referrals, online platforms, or networking.

- Send 50 marketing emails per day (when the company provides a customer database).

- Schedule at least 5-10 customer meetings/product demonstrations per week .





- When a customer database is not provided by the company, field visits are mandatory to identify potential customers, collect business details, and update the company database with the information collected.

Eligibility

- Bachelor s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent).

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Confidence in interacting with customers.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.

- Willingness to travel for field visits when required.
