Job Role: Marketing Manager (Pop Culture & Creative Strategy)

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes internet culture.

Your job is to stay ahead of what’s happening across social media, from viral memes and trending conversations to Bollywood, international entertainment, creators, and internet culture. Whether it’s a Ravi Kishan meme, India’s Got Latent, a blockbuster movie, or the next viral Reels format, you should already know about it.

Location

This is an in office role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

Stay updated with daily pop culture trends, memes, viral moments, and internet conversations.

Have a solid understanding of Bollywood, Hollywood, OTT shows, music, sports, gaming, and creator culture.

Convert trending moments into creative marketing ideas for music releases.

Brainstorm unique campaign concepts that naturally fit ongoing social media conversations.

Identify opportunities for brands, artists, creators,



and pages to participate in relevant trends.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure every campaign feels timely, relatable, and culturally relevant.

Continuously research emerging trends across Instagram, X, Reddit, YouTube, and other platforms.

What We’re Looking For

Deep understanding of internet culture and meme ecosystems.

Excellent knowledge of Bollywood, international entertainment, and social media trends.

Naturally creative with the ability to connect unrelated cultural moments to music marketing.

Always online, curious, and ahead of what’s trending, not someone who discovers trends after they’ve peaked.

Strong brainstorming and storytelling skills.
