We are looking for an experienced Manager – Retail Sales & Business Development to drive business growth by developing recent customers, expanding dealer and distributor networks, and leading a small inside sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B field sales, channel management, and industrial or building materials sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive retail and B2B sales to achieve branch revenue targets.

- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.

- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market development.

- Visit customers, architects, contractors, and fabricators to generate and close business.

- Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives.

- Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into orders.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and collections.

- Maintain accurate sales activities and customer records in ERP/CRM.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
