About the Company

We are a leading sanitary and plumbing products company based in Malappuram, Kerala, looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive business growth, strengthen dealer relationships, and expand our market presence.

Job Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing dealer and distributor networks, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate new business through dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and retail customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate promotional activities and product launches.
- Prepare sales reports and present market insights to management.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5=10 years of experience in the sales and marketing of sanitaryware, plumbing products, pipes, fittings,



bath fittings, or building materials.
- Strong knowledge of sanitary and plumbing products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
