Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive brand growth and ROI.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design.
- Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and high-impact delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate regular performance reports.
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and advertising.




- Coordinate marketing efforts to support product launches, events, and promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a mid-level or coordinator role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Robust leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
