The Role

Build Duratuf's marketing from the ground up, and lead the change in how we are known — from a rubber products company to a global industrial safety company.

Bring in good leads, build a trusted safety brand, and turn both into profit.

What you'll own, end to end:

- Reposition the brand: Lead our repositioning from rubber products expert to global industrial safety solutions company — the look, the words, the sales material, and a rebuilt web presence across our sites.
- Build the demand engine: Drive online demand through SEO, performance marketing and B2B portals, alongside outbound — with clean lead tracking in the CRM, so every rupee of marketing-driven profit is visible.
- Unlock our existing database: Wake up a large customer and prospect database we barely use today, and carry our new-product launches into the market.
- Own go-to-market: Run GTM for an ambitious multi-product launch calendar this year,



and build the material that helps sales win.
- Build the new digital platform: Shape the brand and launch marketing for a recent digital platform we're building.
- Build the team: Build and lead a small, sharp team (in-house + agency), and grow into a General Manager role as you deliver.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in an industrial, manufacturing or technical business — not consumer, not brand-only.
- A track record of building lead generation with real numbers you own, and setting up lead tracking in a CRM.
- Experience repositioning or building a brand, with a clear before-and-after.
- Based in Kolkata or ready to relocate. This is an office-first role.
