Job Title: Marketing Manager – Electric Forklift MachinesJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for our Electric Forklift Machine business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of material handling equipment, industrial B2B marketing, customer acquisition, branding, and lead generation. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for electric forklift machines and warehouse equipment.
- Generate B2B leads through digital marketing, exhibitions, dealer networks, and field campaigns.
- Build relationships with manufacturing companies, warehouses, logistics firms, and industrial customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product launches, demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, presentations, videos, and social media content.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.
- Manage the company's website, LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and vendors for promotional activities.

Required Skills




- Robust knowledge of electric forklift machines, battery-powered material handling equipment, and warehouse solutions.
- Good understanding of B2B industrial marketing and sales.
- Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, email marketing).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and prepare marketing strategies.
- CRM and lead management experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings, exhibitions, and dealer visits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial equipment, material handling, construction equipment, forklifts, batteries, or engineering products.
