Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, digital marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with SME owners, startup founders, CXOs and professional partners and Accelerators
- Speak confidently with prospective clients to understand their requirements and schedule meetings for senior consultants.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.
- Create engaging marketing content
- Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, networking events, and business forums.
- Maintain CRM, track lead status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, investors, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with designers, digital marketing agencies,



and content writers for branding initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in speaking with business owners, founders, and senior executives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Good writing skills for business communication and marketing content.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Canva, AI content tools, or basic graphic design will be an added advantage.
- Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.

Preferred Candidate

- B.Com (Mandatory)
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Client Acquisition.
- Experience in consulting, CA firms, legal firms, financial services, B2B services, SaaS, or professional services will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and digital marketing exposure may also apply.
