About Kissaten

Kissaten brings Japan’s finest teas to India, sourced directly from farmers in Japan and imported in small batches. We sell directly to consumers (D2C) as well as to cafes, restaurants and hotels (B2B).

We're early-stage, so everyone on the team has a direct impact on the brand. If you’re excited about building a consumer brand, we’d like to hear from you. The Role

You'll work with the founders on day-to-day marketing: social content, Meta ads, influencer collaborations, and weekly reporting. The work splits fairly evenly between creating things and reading the numbers on how they did.

If you're someone who likes experimenting, learning quickly, and taking ownership, this role is for you. What You'll Do

Brainstorm current marketing concepts and campaign ideas.

Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.

Create engaging Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and reels.

Make and edit creatives in Canva or Figma: product shots, ad variants, story templates.

Help set up and monitor Meta ad campaigns.

Keep track of campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.





Reach out to influencers, coordinate deliverables, and track results.

Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels. What We're Looking For

Someone who likes making content and is also willing to sit with the numbers afterwards. You'll get direction from the founders, but a lot of the day-to-day will be yours to organise.

Familiarity with any of these helps: Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Figma or Premiere Pro, Shopify, Google Sheets, AI tools for marketing. Don't worry if you don't know everything- we value curiosity and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the rest. What You’ll Get
