Role Description This on-site Marketing Intern role is based in Srinagar North and offers hands-on experience supporting HelpRush’s growth and brand presence. The intern will assist in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market and customer research, and supporting outreach activities to attract both service providers and customers.

Daily tasks may include preparing marketing materials, helping manage social media and other communication channels, collecting feedback from users,



and coordinating with the operations team to understand platform needs. The role also involves supporting basic sales and customer service efforts to ensure clear communication and consistent user experiences. This is an internship position, ideal for individuals looking to gain practical marketing experience in a mission-driven startup environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to understand local customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
- Basic understanding of Sales and Customer Service to support user onboarding, respond to inquiries, and assist in building trust with providers and customers.
- Foundational knowledge of Marketing Strategy, with the ability to contribute ideas for campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Srinagar North, with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Interest in technology platforms, local service economies, and creating fair, transparent work opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt in a rapid-paced startup environment.
