Role Description

This is a 6-month, paid, hybrid Marketing Intern role based in Chennai. You will work closely with our marketing team to build visibility for our IT services and generate quality leads for the sales team to convert.

Your core responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels such as LinkedIn, email, and our website, tailored to our IT services, hardware, and infrastructure offerings. You will help create content, including social posts, brochures, case studies, and email copy, that clearly communicates the value of our solutions to prospective clients. You will also support market and competitor research to help identify trends and opportunities in the IT services space, and assist in tracking campaign performance, compiling reports, and maintaining marketing collateral.





You will coordinate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead-generation goals, helping ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects. This role is well-suited to someone creative, organized, and curious about how B2B marketing works in the IT and infrastructure space.

Qualifications

- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English
- Interest in marketing, branding, or digital content
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any field)
- Able to work in a hybrid setup out of Chennai and manage time across multiple tasks
- Prior internship experience is a plus, not required

Skills

- Content creation (social media posts, basic copywriting)
- Basic design tools (Canva or similar) a plus
- MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking campaign data
- Research and competitor analysis
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends
- Time management and multitasking
- Familiarity with IT services/hardware/infrastructure concepts (preferred, not mandatory)
