Company Description : Breadberry Baking Company, founded in 2024, focuses on making clean, bakery-quality bread. The company uses only high-quality ingredients and avoids additives, preservatives, and artificial colors. Breadberry operates a 5,000 sq ft factory with capacity scalable to produce up to 4,500 breads per hour.

The brand is available on major online platforms such as Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and First Club, in around 20 stores across Bengaluru, and directly to approximately 2,000 nearby homes. This growth-oriented environment offers team members the opportunity to contribute to a young, fast-scaling food brand.

Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a full-time or part-time position based in Bengaluru (depends on the candidate - we will make it work for the right candidate). The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, conducting basic market research, and helping conduct on-ground brand activations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, supporting customer engagement initiatives,



and maintaining accurate records of marketing activities and customer feedback. The intern will also help manage social media and digital touchpoints, prepare marketing materials, and participate in on-ground promotions or store visits to understand customer preferences.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and customers.

Ability to support Marketing Strategy development with data-driven insights.

Interest in Sales and brand growth, with willingness to support store/on-ground activations and partner relationships.

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools or social media platforms is beneficial.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site setting in Bengaluru.

Passion for food, consumer products, and building brands from early stages is a plus.
