The company delivers complete Boiler and Power Plant business solutions, including EPC supply of non-IBR agro waste fired boilers, package type boilers, compo pack type boilers, and power/cogeneration boilers across a wide capacity range. It also provides boiler pressure parts and spares with IBR certification, detailed design and supply of balance-of-plant (BOP) equipment, and heavy engineering solutions tailored to customer requirements.

In addition, Dehu Engineering offers site services such as erection and commissioning, manpower supply, engineering consultancy, and trading of engineering products and industrial raw materials.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Head – Boiler & Power Plant based in Chennai. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for boiler and power plant solutions, including market planning, segmentation, and positioning in target industries.

The Marketing

Head will oversee marketing campaigns, coordinate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversions, and manage key customer and stakeholder relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking competitors, preparing marketing plans and budgets, and collaborating with technical and project teams to align offerings with market needs.



The role also includes managing brand visibility, participating in industry events and exhibitions, and providing regular reporting to leadership on marketing performance and business growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong market planning and marketing management skills, with experience creating and implementing marketing strategies for industrial or engineering products.

Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends in the boiler and power plant sector.

Demonstrated ability in sales and business development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and supporting negotiations for large projects.

Experience in public relations, stakeholder communication, and representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.

Relevant experience in boiler, power plant, EPC, or heavy engineering domains, preferably in leadership or senior marketing roles.

Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and leadership teams.

Willingness to work in office in Chennai and travel as required for client visits, site meetings, and industry events.
