Marketing Head (Field Work)

Job Summary

Sobha Infra Tech Private Limited is looking for an energetic, experienced, and result-oriented Marketing Head (Field Work) to expand our dealer and distributor network across Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, appointing dealers, meeting builders, contractors, architects, and construction material suppliers, and increasing the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase product sales.

- Appoint recent dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Visit builders, contractors, architects, developers, hardware stores, and construction material dealers regularly.

- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term customers.

- Promote company products including:

- Block Joining Mortar

- Ready Mix Plaster

- Tile Adhesive

- Fly Ash

- GGBS

- Construction Sand Products

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.

- Build strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.

- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order execution.

- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.

- Achieve monthly sales and dealer development targets.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong leadership and team management ability.

- Knowledge of the construction material industry.

- Experience in dealer and distributor network development.

- Good understanding of B2B sales and field marketing.

- Ability to travel extensively across Mumbai , Thane etc.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any Graduate.

- Minimum qualification-12th pass

- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.

- Experience in construction materials, cement, tile adhesive, building materials, paints, hardware, or related industries will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in handling dealer and distributor networks.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.

- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
