Role Description The Marketing Head – Boiler & Power Plant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune district, responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution for the company’s boiler and power plant solutions. The role involves developing and implementing annual and long-term marketing plans, defining positioning for key product lines, and driving campaigns to support business growth in domestic and international markets.

The Marketing

Head will oversee market research, competitor analysis, and pricing inputs, and collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to create targeted proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.



Daily activities include managing brand communication, coordinating events and industrial exhibitions, engaging with key customers and industry stakeholders, and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The role also includes reporting on marketing performance, optimizing budgets, and ensuring alignment of marketing activities with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong marketing strategy and planning capabilities, including Market Planning and Marketing Management skills.

Ability to conduct and interpret Market Research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs in boiler and power plant segments.

Experience in Sales support and business development, with a track record of collaborating with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.

Competence in Public Relations and external communication, including brand representation at events, industry forums, and customer meetings.

Previous experience in industrial, energy, boiler, or power plant sectors, with understanding of EPC projects and engineering products.

Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations.

Robust analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in standard office and marketing tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) is an advantage.
