Uzhavarbumi Agro Products Private Limited meaning "Farmers' Land" in Tamil — is a Chennai-based, award-winning farm-fresh dairy company founded in July 2017 and headquartered in Maduranthakam, Chengalpattu. Built on a mission to establish direct trade between local farmers and urban households, we deliver farm-fresh milk, ghee, honey, and palkova with no chemical treatment and no added preservatives, at an affordable price.

Today, Uzhavarbumi works with a growing network of farmers to serve thousands of households across Chennai through a direct-to-consumer subscription model. As a fast-scaling agro brand rooted in farmer empowerment and product purity, we are building a passionate team to take our story to more homes.

About the Role

Uzhavarbumi is looking for a dynamic Growth Executive to join our Marketing team based out of our Medavakkam, Chennai location. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven individual who can drive customer retention, produce engaging video content, and execute digital marketing campaigns that fuel our brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute customer retention strategies to improve repeat purchase rates, strengthen customer loyalty, and reduce churn.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality marketing videos for social media, campaigns, and product promotions.
- Manage and grow digital marketing channels including social media,



paid advertising, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, and optimise for better reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Create compelling marketing content — visual, written, and video — aligned with the Uzhavarbumi brand identity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support overall brand-building and lead-generation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing including social media, paid campaigns, and SEO/SEM fundamentals.
- Strong hands-on videography and video editing skills.
- Demonstrated ability in customer retention and engagement strategies.
- Valuable working knowledge of marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Creative mindset with a results-oriented, ownership-driven approach.

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Experience in FMCG, agro, or D2C brands.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or the Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing automation tools.
