Marketing Executive (0- 1 Year Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be creative, organized, and eager to learn. This role involves digital marketing, customer coordination, and supporting the company's marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Walnut's social media platforms by creating and publishing engaging content.
- Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare professionals, distributors, and vendors regarding product enquiries and support.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with designers, printers, digital agencies, and other marketing vendors.
- Prepare marketing presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases, marketing reports, and enquiry records.
- Support lead generation activities and follow up on prospective customers.




- Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Perform other marketing and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in marketing, customer support, or digital marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
