Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Performance Marketing

Executive will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven online marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to achieve client growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, managing ad budgets, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports with actionable insights. The role also involves collaborating with the creative, content, and web development teams to refine messaging, landing pages,



and user journeys that improve conversion rates.

The Performance Marketing

Executive will regularly communicate with clients to understand business goals and align campaigns with their branding and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute performance-focused campaign strategies.
- Market Research and Communication skills to analyze audiences and clearly present insights and recommendations.
- Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion optimization, and revenue growth for clients.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Solid analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in performance marketing or digital marketing agency environments is an advantage.
