As such executives are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves. These responsibilities can include: Well worse knowledge of Psyllium quality, customer buying behavior and markets. Collecting and analyzing customer data Using CRM systems to manage relationships Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs Handling customer complaints Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM)
