Role Description The Marketing Executive – Boiler & Power Plant is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves planning and executing marketing activities for boiler and power plant products and services, including identifying target markets, developing campaigns, and supporting brand visibility.

The Marketing

Executive conducts market research to track industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, and translates insights into actionable marketing plans. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads,



coordinating with the sales team, preparing proposals, and assisting in negotiations to support business growth. The role also includes maintaining regular communication with clients, attending industry events, preparing marketing materials, and collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate technical representation of offerings.

Qualifications

Solid skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective strategies for boiler and power plant solutions.

Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Proficiency in Sales and customer relationship management to support lead generation, conversions, and account growth.

Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Knowledge of industrial boilers, power plants, or heavy engineering products; prior experience in B2B industrial or engineering sectors is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort with on-site work in Pune, including client visits and coordination with manufacturing and project teams.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and use basic office and CRM software tools.
