– Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, and other online platforms.
- Create engaging LinkedIn posts, captions, and marketing content aligned with the company's branding and communication strategy.
- Update website content, banners, landing pages, and marketing visuals to ensure fresh and relevant communication.
- Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos for corporate branding, employee engagement, interviews, events, and social media.
- Produce short-form videos, reels, promotional clips, testimonials, and other multimedia content.
- Design marketing creatives, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
- Maintain content calendars and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, website traffic, and content effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Singapore HQ and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of regional and global marketing initiatives.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and recommend innovative ideas to improve engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Experience managing LinkedIn business pages and creating engaging social media content.
- Basic experience in website content management will be an added advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing photography, videography, graphic design, or content creation work is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of social media marketing, especially LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of website content updates and digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and with international stakeholders.
