Role Description The Marketing Executive – Boiler & Power Plant is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for boiler and power plant products and services, including EPC solutions, spares, and engineering services. Daily activities include conducting market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting sales efforts with technical and commercial information.

The Marketing

Executive will engage with existing and potential customers,



coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams, and participate in industry events to strengthen brand presence. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, and contributing to marketing reports and strategies for target segments.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in market planning and marketing to design and execute effective campaigns for boiler and power plant solutions.

Candidates should possess skills in market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills to present technical offerings clearly and build professional relationships with stakeholders.

Candidates should possess sales and marketing skills to convert leads, support negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred;

qualifications in marketing or business management are an advantage.

Experience in industrial, engineering, or power plant sectors, particularly boilers or heavy equipment, is beneficial.

Ability to understand technical specifications, work with cross-functional teams, and use standard office and CRM tools effectively.

Strong organizational skills, willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed, and a proactive approach to business development.
