Role Description The Marketing Executive will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity, supporting the growth and visibility of Bhagyalaxmi Steels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing activities, conducting market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities, and supporting sales initiatives to promote the company’s product range. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, communicating product value to existing and potential clients, and maintaining accurate records of marketing campaigns and sales leads.





The Marketing

Executive will also assist in developing promotional materials and participating in trade events or customer visits as required.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional strategies.

Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to engage clients, present solutions, and support revenue growth.

Candidates should have basic knowledge of industrial or steel products, or a willingness to quickly learn technical product details.

Candidates should have strong organizational skills, proficiency with common office software, and the ability to work in office in the Pune Division.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in B2B or industrial marketing are beneficial.
