Job Summary :

Presidency PU College, Mangalore is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive student admissions through extensive BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities across North Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality admission leads by building solid relationships with schools, PU colleges, coaching centres, parents, and educational influencers.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns to increase student admissions.

Visit schools, PU colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutions across North Karnataka.

Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, education fairs, and admission awareness programs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals, managements, teachers, and counsellors.

Generate and convert admission leads through regular follow-ups.

Organize roadshows, promotional events, and local branding activities.

Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports on field activities and admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and lead generation targets.

Eligibility :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any graduate degree.

3–6 years of experience in educational marketing, admissions, field sales, or BTL marketing.

Experience in admission marketing for schools, PU colleges, universities, or educational institutions is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of English and Hindi will be an added advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively across North Karnataka.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
