Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Offline Marketing Executive role based in Malda.

The Offline Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing activities such as local promotions, dealer and distributor engagement, and participation in trade shows and events. The role includes coordinating print and outdoor advertising, managing marketing materials (brochures, catalogues, branding assets), and supporting brand visibility across targeted regions. The executive will collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation, collect and analyze market feedback, and report on campaign performance.





The position also involves building relationships with local vendors, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring consistent brand representation in all offline channels.

Qualifications

Robust offline marketing skills, including campaign planning, event coordination, and local brand promotion.

Ability to manage marketing collateral, such as print materials, outdoor advertisements, and in-store branding.

Proficiency in market research, customer profiling, and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with sales teams, dealers, distributors, and vendors.

Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Basic understanding of uPVC products or building materials industry is an advantage.

Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) for reporting and planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience in field or offline marketing is beneficial.

Willingness to travel locally for meetings, events, and promotional activities as required.
