Key Responsibilities

Onboard hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes onto the MedLynk platform.

Recruit and onboard verified healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, physiotherapists, pharmacists, technicians, and physician assistants.

Build relationships with hospital administrators, HR teams, and healthcare leaders.

Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Drive registrations and support users through the onboarding process.

Achieve monthly onboarding and business development targets.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, pharmaceutical sales, or medical marketing.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby regions.

Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
