Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full time remote role that supports day-to-day marketing activities for Mavens Spices.

Responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering customer insights, and helping to prepare marketing reports and presentations. The role involves supporting sales and marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and traditional marketing activities, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

The Marketing

Assistant also helps respond to customer inquiries, collaborates with sales and customer service teams,



and contributes ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Market Research and Sales & Marketing skills to support campaigns and analyze market trends.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist with lead follow-up, basic sales outreach, and coordination with the sales team.

Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Candidates should possess proficiency in common office and marketing tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media platforms).

Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently with guidance from marketing leadership.

Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.

Interest in sustainable sourcing, fair trade, or the food and spice industry is a plus.
