About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, culturally-tuned Marketing Associate who can grow our brand presence online and offline — with the same energy.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of content, community, and campaigns — from crafting Instagram reels to owning the booth at a live exhibition.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and optimizing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Execute and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to improve reach, traffic, and conversions.




- Develop content calendars and create marketing assets, including posts, reels, videos, and email campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Organize and support offline marketing activities, including product launches, events, and brand activations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and AI tools to continuously enhance marketing strategies and processes.
