Role Description The Marketing and Development Intern will support Carekro’s growth efforts through full-time, on-site work based in Delhi Ncr Region. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research on home healthcare and caregiving services, helping design and execute marketing campaigns, and supporting the development of outreach materials for families and partners.

The intern will collaborate with the team to collect and analyze customer feedback, contribute to social media and other communication channels, and assist in identifying potential clients or partnerships. This role also involves coordinating with caregivers and clients to improve service visibility, documenting marketing activities,



and preparing regular reports that inform future strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, such as gathering data, analyzing trends, and developing insights about customer needs and local healthcare services.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including basic lead generation, relationship building, and follow-up with prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, with the ability to support planning of campaigns, segmentation of audiences, and positioning of services.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including empathy, responsiveness, and a client-centered approach when interacting with families and caregivers.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in healthcare or social services, proficiency with common office and collaboration tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, in office environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
