Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Public Relations Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies that support brand visibility and lead generation for the company’s real estate portfolio.

Day-to-day activities include planning and running marketing campaigns, coordinating public relations initiatives, drafting and distributing press releases, and managing content for digital and traditional channels. The role involves conducting market research,



supporting sales teams with marketing collateral, organizing events or client outreach programs, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to align marketing and PR efforts with business objectives is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, media, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Experience in Marketing Strategy to design and implement campaigns that support brand and business goals.
- Exposure to Sales processes to align marketing and PR activities with lead generation and conversion objectives.
- Ability to create and manage content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, qualified services, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
