Key Responsibilities

- Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather industry insights.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.

- Connect with clients and customers over calls to conduct research, collect feedback, and validate market information.

- Design and execute surveys and questionnaires.

- Collect, interpret, and present qualitative and quantitative data.

- Prepare research reports, presentations, and actionable business insights.

- Support Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams with data-driven recommendations.

- Maintain market intelligence databases and monitor industry developments.

- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or SPSS will be an added advantage.
