Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in engineering recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.

- Screen resumes based on job requirements and technical skills.

- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers.

- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.

- Build talent pipelines for Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Embedded, Software, and Manufacturing roles.

- Support campus hiring, internship drives, and recruitment events.

- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring metrics.

- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred or pursuing).

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience.

- Passion for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.

- Basic understanding of engineering or technical roles.

- Experience using ATS or recruitment management tools is an added advantage.
