Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily factory and office operations.

Coordinate with production, procurement, sales, and accounts teams. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery. Improve operational efficiency and productivity. Manage manpower planning and team performance.

Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained. Prepare reports and present operational updates to management. Resolve customer and operational issues effectively. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in operations,



manufacturing, or project management.

Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
