Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. An MBA in Operations/Production Management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Develop and implement production strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Plan manpower, machinery, and material requirements for smooth production operations.
- Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, productivity, rejection rates, downtime, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, R&D;, and Planning teams for seamless operations.
- Oversee preventive maintenance of machinery to minimize production downtime.
- Manage production budgets,



control manufacturing costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams while fostering a high-performance work culture.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
