Role & responsibilities

- Lead agronomy and contract farming initiatives to improve crop productivity, quality, and sustainability.

- Develop and implement agronomic strategies, field trials, variety evaluations, and best management practices.

- Drive grower engagement, training, and compliance with GAP, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with research institutions, operations, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to introduce innovative farming solutions.

- Oversee seed quality, crop protection, potato storage management, and disease/pest mitigation programs.

- Analyze field data to identify yield improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.

- Mentor and develop field teams while fostering robust relationships with growers and key stakeholders.
