Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and hunt for new warehouse spaces across assigned cities.
- Conduct field searches and ground visits to evaluate potential warehouse locations.
- Gather detailed information about warehouse infrastructure, capacity, and suitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse owners and vendors.




- Initiate first calls and introductory meetings with potential partners.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Send introductory emails and presentations to potential warehouse partners.
- Coordinate and support the agreement process with selected vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding stage.
- Collect and maintain warehouse details and infrastructure information.
- Prepare city-wise supply reports and update the internal team on available warehouse supply.
- Track progress of warehouse acquisition activities.

Requirements

Skills Required:

1.

Experience in warehouse sourcing, supply expansion, logistics, or infrastructure roles is preferred.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits and vendor meetings when required.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain infrastructure.

Experience working with warehouse owners, brokers, or logistics vendors.

Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
