About the Role

We are looking for a senior packaging professional who brings strong understanding of packaging materials along with hands-on packaging design experience across varied product categories. As we continue to add new product categories,



packaging plays a critical role across cost, weight, dimensions, customer experience, and sustainability. This role will own packaging strategy end-to-end — balancing a delightful, damage-free customer experience with tight control on logistics and packaging cost.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop packaging solutions tailored to different product types and formats.
- Balance customer experience with logistics cost.
- Improve the unboxing experience.
- Evaluate and select packaging materials.
- Monitor packaging costs and optimize.
- Develop green/sustainable packaging options.
- Partner with branding consultants.
- Work with category, operations, and logistics teams.
- Run trials and quality checks.
- Build vendor relationships.

Key Deliverables

- Better customer experience through unboxing.
- Smart packaging design.
- Ongoing monitoring of packaging cost.
- Green packaging choices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12 years of packaging experience.
- Solid knowledge of packaging materials.
- Experience across multiple product categories.
- Understanding of dimensional weight and logistics costs.
- Sustainable packaging exposure.
- E-commerce/D2C experience preferred.
- Vendor management and negotiation.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
