We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager / Senior Manager in Taxation to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is critical for managing and overseeing all taxation matters within the company, ensuring compliance with all statutory laws and regulations related to GST, Income Tax, and other relevant taxes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation, with 6-14 years of experience in the field.
Qualification : CA Passout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
- Manage quarterly and annual tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review current and deferred tax provision.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax regulations and make the necessary updates to policies and strategies.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants during audits or any queries related to taxation.
- Provide internal tax advisory services on business operations ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with statutory regulations.
- Handle GST filings,
assessments, and ensure compliance across all departments.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other relevant tax laws.
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems regarding various tax issues.
- Excellent management skills to oversee the taxation department effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail required for preparing accurate financial reports pertaining to taxation matters.
