Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR skilled to drive strategic talent acquisition and support key HR initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for hiring leadership and niche talent, strengthening HR processes and partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth. The role also requires mentoring the HR team and ensuring effective execution of core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, functional head and other key strategic positions across various business functions.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-calibre professionals.
- Mentor, train and guide HR team members to enhance recruitment capabilities and overall team performance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and business functions.
- Coordinate and oversee core HR operations in partnership with the HRSS team.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development and HR initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to HR best practices.

Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in the Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure sector will be preferred.
