Sales Closure & Revenue Generation

- Drive sales closures for residential apartments and plotted developments.

- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, channel partners, referrals, and other sources.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification, site visit, negotiation, booking and closure.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.

- Focus on improving lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios.

- Maintain a solid pipeline of prospective customers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Customer Management

- Understand customer requirements, budget and investment objectives.

- Conduct effective project presentations and property demonstrations.

- Handle customer objections related to pricing, location, payment terms, specifications,



approvals and competition.

- Negotiate effectively within approved commercial guidelines and close deals.

- Build strong relationships with customers and generate referrals.

Negotiation & Closing

- Lead negotiations with prospective customers and convert high-value opportunities.

- Coordinate with management for approval of special pricing, offers and commercial terms wherever required.

- Ensure bookings are completed accurately and within defined timelines.

- Track booking documentation, initial payments and other closure-related requirements.
