Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Aviation Engineering Department Engineering – Material & Planning Management

We are seeking experienced aviation professionals to join our Engineering team in the areas of Maintenance Planning and Material Management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient fleet utilization, seamless maintenance planning, timely availability of aircraft materials, and effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors to support uninterrupted airline operations.
Eligibility
CriteriaEducational Qualification
- 10+2 with AME Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related disciplines
Experience
? Manager: 7–9 years of relevant aviation experience with strong exposure to Aircraft Routing & Scheduling.
? Senior Manager: 10–12 years of relevant aviation experience with expertise in Lease Return activities and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Behavioural Competencies • Collaborative approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Plan and coordinate aircraft routing and maintenance schedules to maximize fleet utilization.
- Liaise with OCC, MCC, Revenue,
and Line Maintenance teams to minimize delays and operational disruptions.
- Coordinate aircraft swaps and maintenance activities to improve on-time performance.
- Monitor maintenance forecasts, MEL status, inspections, work orders, and maintenance compliance activities.
- Support engine change planning, maintenance checks, and ensure adequate manpower and materials are available.
Senior Manager – Material Management & AOG Support
- Manage AOG requirements, replenishments, and timely availability of aircraft spares and components.
- Coordinate Lease Return activities and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage core returns and component requirements with vendors such as Air France and other partners.
- Oversee Flight Hour Agreement (FHA) contracts and maintain solid vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely shipment, receipt, and documentation of materials to avoid operational disruptions.
- Process invoices and maintain documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
