Role & responsibilities To manage all Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, Contract Labour Management and Statutory Compliance activities at the Saykha Plant while ensuring uninterrupted manpower availability, statutory compliance, employee welfare and effective plant administration. The role will work closely with Corporate HR for payroll, compensation, performance management, policy implementation and organisation development initiatives.
