Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Techno-Functional Manager who can independently manage and support SAP B1 landscape, including functional processes, technical integrations, add-ons, application support, and project delivery activities.
Candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP B1 functional modules along with hands-on knowledge of SAP B1 technical architecture and third-party add-ons.
The role requires close coordination with business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and external vendors to drive continuous business process improvements and application delivery initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
SAP B1 Functional Responsibilities
- Manage and support end-to-end SAP B1 business processes across various modules.
- Finance, Sales – Accounts Receivable (A/R), Purchasing – Accounts Payable (A/P), Inventory & Warehouse Management, Production & Manufacturing, Business Partner & Master Data Management
Technical Responsibilities
- Support integrations using, SAP B1 DI-API/1 Service Layer Integration Frameworks, APIs/Web Services
- Handle SAP B1 Add-ons installation, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors.
- Work with SAP B1 Customization, UDFs, UDTs, Stored Procedures, Crystal Reports and HANA queries.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of SAP B1 business processes and configurations.
- Hands-on experience in SAP B1 on HANA environment.
- Robust knowledge of SAP B1 Finance, manufacturing and other processes.
- Experience in SAP B1 Add-ons and third-party integrations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of strong project management experience.
- Experience working with manufacturing or supply chain organizations preferred.
- Exposure to SAP B1 integrations with external applications/web platforms will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of application development and application management.
