Role Overview

We are looking for a Cluster Manager Property Operations to manage service operations across multiple properties within an assigned cluster. The role requires strong customer-facing skills, team management, and operational oversight with exposure to Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day service operations across properties within the cluster.

- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance related to civil, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure across properties.

- Ensure timely closure of service tickets within defined SLAs and drive quick resolution of resident service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Supervise and manage cluster depots, ensuring proper inventory, material availability, and depot operations.

- Lead and manage technicians and depot teams to ensure timely service delivery.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance, refurbishment, and operational activities.

- Monitor operational performance, service timelines,



and adherence to company standards.

- Conduct regular property audits to ensure compliance with operational, safety, maintenance, and quality standards.

- Drive Property Refurbishment activities, ensuring projects are completed within timelines, quality standards, and budget.

- Manage depot inventory, including stock planning, replenishment, consumption tracking, and inventory accuracy.

Eligibility / Preferred Background

- 5–10 years of experience in operations roles within QSR, hospitality, retail, facilities management, property management or service industries.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

- Good communication, robust people management and customer handling skills.

- Experience managing multi-location or cluster operations is preferred.

- Ability to handle service operations, teams, and inventory coordination.
