Role & responsibilities

- Collect blood and other patient samples following standard safety and hygiene protocols.
- Perform home sample collection as per assigned routes and schedules.
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate sample labelling.
- Handle, store, and transport samples safely to the designated laboratory.
- Maintain proper documentation and update sample collection details in the system/app.
- Follow infection control, biomedical waste disposal, and quality guidelines.
- Ensure a positive patient experience by maintaining professionalism and courteous behaviour.
- Coordinate with the operations team for timely sample collection and issue resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10+2 (Science) with DMLT, MLT, B.Sc. MLT, or any relevant Paramedical qualification.
- Min 1 - 5 years of experience in phlebotomy, diagnostic labs, hospitals, or home sample collection.
- Candidates should have a valid DMLT/MLT/B.Sc.



MLT registration certificate issued by the relevant State Paramedical Council or competent authority.
- Positive knowledge of venipuncture, sample handling, and infection control practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for home sample collection.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred (if applicable for the location).
- The company provides fuel reimbursement and a mobile recharge allowance to support home sample collection duties.
